The Pet Shop Boys performed at the 40th Glastonbury Festival in the UK on 26th June 2010, their second appearance at the festival, 10 years after their first. Although I didn't attend Glastonbury, I did watch the performance on the Other Stage live on television.

The Other Stage, In The Build Up To The Festival

Neil and Chris performed in front of an estimated crowd of around 50,000 on the 1,000-acre site, BBC3 were a bit late in joining the performance. The performance was almost the entire 'Pandemonium Tour', only 'Pandemonium/Can You Forgive Her?', 'The Way It Used To Be', and 'My Girl' were missing. As always it was fantastic Pet Shop Boys performance.
Neil said, "Thank you, you have been an amazing audience tonight. You've made two men very happy. Thank you very much." The 'Telegraph' said, "From Snoop Dogg to Pet Shop Boys and Scissor Sisters, this year's festival was a triumph. The Pet Shop Boys dazzled with one of the most spectacular Glastonbury moments ever a mesmerising, futuristic, multi-media Broadway fantasy of dance and music, led by a beaming Neil Tennant."
